MY STORY
I believe growth should feel like coming home to yourself.
For years I measured my worth in output. I chased every goal, said yes to everything, and quietly burned out behind a calm exterior. The turning point wasn't a new strategy — it was permission to slow down and listen.
When I stopped performing and started aligning, everything softened. Clarity came. Confidence followed. Now I help women do the same — trading pressure and overthinking for steady self-trust and aligned action.
